THE BRIEF
To act as Client direct Project Manager driving the design, direct supplier and external Project Management/Quantity Surveying teams to deliver the Premier Inn hotel extension programme across the UK. Also PM for Costa drive through in Coventry and oversaw prototype for new ZIP concept.

THE CHALLENGE

THE RESULT
Over 60 sites and over 1600 rooms UK wide handed over on time and within budget, ensuring every financial year end hit it's mark and Whitbread held it's room number promise to shareholders.
