Our Quantity Surveyors are responsible for ensuring the Client’s intended spend is realistic against the concept and design, and to support in getting it there if not. They manage the compilation and analysis of the tender documents, raise clear live cost reports while detailing supplier and contractor costs and looking for potential opportunities while mitigating risk to the overall budget. The procurement of services required is crucial, we have a great pool of professionals in all areas from Property Agents, Planning, Building Control to Principal Contractors, H&S and more.


We can help with sourcing the right venue for your business. We have a network of property agents who can source and propose locations based on your brief; on what you need the space to do for you, and your acquisition budget. Once we understand your requirements, we will instruct the relevant agents to target appropriate properties in order to create a shortlist for us to inspect and see if the space is viable for your operation. The agent for the selected property will liaise with the Landlord and assist in agreeing best terms for you and communicate with your Solicitors to complete the process.
