Transform existing new build shell into new concept restaurant for Fego. The Project included a rear extension and garden dining area with retractable awnings.
Fego have an existing port folio of cafes and restaurants but wanted this new restaurant to be the first of a brand new, modern concept. This was the launch to begin further new Projects and specification base for refurbishing existing restaurants.
Starting with a blank canvas is never easy but working closely with various design teams, contractors and suppliers in a collaborative fashion whilst carefully tracking costs and programme timelines we ticked all the boxes.
